Stop asking to access calls. I said no. No means no, contrary to what you seem to think.
Recommendations
I think there should be an option where I get a notification of a shift is offered up and there should be an option that I get a notification when a shift is offered to be swapped. I think this would really cut back on the amount of no call no-shows cause employees would get notified when a shift is offered not have to go looking every hour.

annoying calls
can u guys fix the call feature. i accidentally accepted microphone usage and now i get calls even tho i am not supposed to. i turned off mic perms and still i get calls and anytime i open the app it spams me with asking me to turn microphone perms on

Can’t even log in now? Every time they make a change it breaks something. This time I can’t even get into the app?!???

With the update they ended up damaging the apps.

The fact it keeps insisting I update the app is insane especially after seeing how everyone else complains the update is trash no thank you
The newest update stinks
The app was wonderful… until one of the latest updates. The look is terrible. The change makes it almost impossible to find anything. Some features aren’t available on it (unless it’s somewhere within the layers of the new update) that was available on the previous app versions.

App has no way of going back and changing to the (next gen) option under login. So locked out until it allows it.
Time clock
The new time clock set up and really dumb, you can even adjust time or clock in and out from your time card.
Buggy
I was trying to report an app issue but couldn’t while off the clock. So now it’s a review. I cannot see the time clock. It only has estimated guesses for my punches and only shows me my actual punch after I do the next. It no longer shows how long I’ve worked in a shift. Previously I’ve had to screenshot my timesheet because it was acting wonky and the next day HR would say I was missing a punch. That has happened on three occasions. Which is why I’ve started screenshotting my timesheet every time the app acts up. If I cannot see the time clock and you have no way of showing me my actual punches, what am I supposed to do?

not working properly
I’m not sure what changed recently but the app is registering me clocking in and out for meal break. I constantly and have to go in and change it manually.
This app sucks!!!

You developed really need to stop messing with the ui the new clock in/out layout is awful and completely pointless.

Saw battery usage dropping faster than normal on work phone and personal in the last week. Saw battery percentage usage. Used for 37 minutes on iPhone 14 and killed 39% of battery. Start walking around with chargers.
