Login isn’t working.
I would give it a zero but the new password they gave us is stupid as hell and pick the new store/club option to log in.
Battery
With the new update the battery will not last even half a shift. Always having to stop vizpick, RFID, price changes, setting mods, scanning racks ect.. I have to bounce between work phone and personal phone to get anything done. App is very slow and frustrating to use. Now that digital signs are used ( that are very much hated) work load takes 2-3 times longer. Jobs used to take 1 day to complete now take 2,3,4 or more days and I never feel like I get anything done. I hate the new updates and having to use the phone. Should go back to using the hand-held scanner at least when the battery dies you could exchange it and go on.

Needs better
They need to make it aware if you forgot to clock out at the facility you can clock out at home if you forget because I forgot and now I can’t clock out till until I’m at work tomorrow
App freezing!
Every time you open the app to clock in, it freezes! You have to open and close the app like 3 or 4 times and then it decides it won’t freeze anymore! IT IS SO ANNOYING!
Not great
The app kicks you out a million times. Kicks you out mid vizpick, mid topstock, and mid scan. All of which then makes you restart and takes up time.

Highlights objects that are clearly on a COUNTER and are NOT TRASH info this update

What is the point of telling you what the problems with the app is. There have been 3 or 4 updates since there have been problems and not one has been resolved.

I hate this very slow. Doesn’t wanna work when I needed to work. my dad grandma works faster than this app, I’m tired of this app bugging out on me. If you’re gonna fix some kind of bug make it actually work.

Glitch when opening the app.
Need to fix the app, when clicking to open it freezes or opens random, like mic permission, can’t clock in, can’t make any call. Or it just crashes. I have to close it and re open, very annoying.
Un-optimize app
Fix the Time clock in. Fix the Vizpicking. Fix whatever iissue that the people are experiencing with this app, not putting all the unnecessary features like side kick it doesn’t help us plus it makes our device slow and drain batteries quickly. Start focusing on what matters and still get your bonuses by the end of the quarter, power-mongers.

Battery hog
Update uses too much data and app background make it so the phone runs out of battery too quick. Kills the battery.
App keeps freezing
As soon as I open the app it freezes. Have to force stop it and reopen it every time. Also bring back being able to see who is clocked in!!!

Signing in on this app has never been harder. This app being pointlessly updated is making me want to put my two weeks in from this garbage company!
It’s ok,but….
I’ve had this app since April of 2026 and there are several things I’ve noticed that are really bothersome.
First, it locks me out while I’m using it and I have to do the verification process. Why is this even a thing? It’s an app that seriously doesn’t need to have three identifying walls. Someone would already need to know my phone password and the pin to access the app. Why does it need to also get the letters and numbers from my name tag and all the store location info so it can send a text message with more numbers to a phone number for me to enter? I have two phones and I don’t always have the one that gets the texts with me. It would be great if that feature was either removed or a notification pop up informing that the extra verification needs to happen within the next 24 hours or something.

Fire the UI designers
Yall love releasing updates with no notification in the app and then completely changing the entire layout making it impossible to do my job and then shove ai in every aspect of it like it makes it faster when it only makes it slower. I hate capitalism and i hate the rich and i hate this app that you people somehow keep managing to ruin more and more every day
