Can’t swap the shifts
Always have troubles to swap the shifts with other’s associates please fix that
Updates not good
The new update is bad and rolled out way to soon before all bugs were fixed now half our fresh area can’t use the phone personal or work one. Can’t clock out or in for lunch or to come back . Trillion dollar company and we’re still having these issues . Please fix this asap

Multi billion dollar company that treats their employees like absolute trash the app is great when it works half of the time but the other half it just doesn’t. I’m so happy to say I finally left this horrible company
The app developers are perhaps the worst designers.
I wonder whose brilliant idea it was to eliminate the time clock feature. Eliminate whoever did it instead. How about that? Plus, it’s always glitching out. Billion dollar company with dollar store resources for associates. Disgraceful.
Why update it to not function properly?
why would you take away the printing feature? it makes things so much harder and you’ve left the employees with less information about product locations
Fix it
There’s always sumn wrong with this app. Why remove the print feature & make you go all the way through vizpick?? Do you guys love messing with us or yall just dumb? Yall should work on the floor & try using your own app & see how frustrated you get.
Please fix this
I work at Walmart and this app just will suddenly not let me use the camera for age checks and item checks and such. It then proceeds to physically blow up and call a strike towards my home. It is ruining my life and destroying my family. Sometimes I will be watching the registers at my store while listening to some baby keem when all of a sudden this app starts to TWEAK. Just the other day I was hitting the stanky leg NASTY, when some lady asks me to come check her ID (the nerve), and my work phone just WOULDNT work. Which is weird because it’s called a WORK phone not a NONWORK PHONE. In conclusion fix your stupid app because I dropped out of the 3rd grade to come work at this store!!!!!

Needs improvement
I use this app to clock in and out for lunches and shifts and my personal phone lets me do that anywhere where my work phone keeps saying location verification go to back of store and I’m in the back of the store but just yesterday the one on my personal phone just signed me out on its own and is refusing to let me sign back in now I have to go to my team leads or coaches to get it to work like it’s supposed too again this app seriously should be improved to prevent that

Tax form page isn’t working
My app will not load the page to check, or modify my tax form / forms. It’s updated to the latest version. Please fix it. It just continues to load with the spinning logo.
Stick to an interface
Updating the interface is annoying and would have to refigure out how things work. Now I’m not able to log in
App sucks
App drains battery faster than anything. Viz pick for half an hour and 60% battery drop from the app cuz the phone keeps track of how much battery it has drained. How am I supposed to use it for a whole shift.
Major Bug
If you change your password it’ll sign you out and not let you sign in with the error that the password is wrong. Even though that same password works on the computer.
Rapid Battery Drain
Since one of the updates this app had, it has unnecessary need to rapidly drain, I go to open the app with 100% battery and by lunch (4 hours time) it drains it down 15-20% and I’m being actually realistic not a exaggeration.
Won’t use my email
This is my first time using the app and I’m trying to create my login to schedule an orientation but it won’t use the email I’m entering. A small pop up says to use the email that I used to apply for the role at Walmart -which I am doing and it still won’t work.
Won’t download
This app is lousy it does not download, and the customer service will not connect

Vizpic constantly wants to make digital exceptions “unavailable”, your ai SUCKS !!!!!!!, and most importantly - the new gen stores being forced to change passwords is great and all until you’re incapable of letting me back into my account with my new password. Even aol in the 90s would allow you back in with your new password. How is a multibillion dollar company this full of lummoxes?

Stop asking to access calls
Stop asking to access calls. I said no. No means no, contrary to what you seem to think.
Recommendations
I think there should be an option where I get a notification of a shift is offered up and there should be an option that I get a notification when a shift is offered to be swapped. I think this would really cut back on the amount of no call no-shows cause employees would get notified when a shift is offered not have to go looking every hour.
