New updates look great
The updates in this new release really improved the look and navigation. We love the new Incident Reporting dashboard. Our community has used this tool for well over 100 reports and these improvements help us navigate and export the content. Excellent app and system overall!
Easy to use, big improvement
I am so glad my community starting using Watchtower. It’s easy to use and has all the features needed to manage my guests and vendors. I love the new QR code features. My community also enjoys the Reporting feature and ability to view and manage the community cameras all within one platform. Thank you!

Excellent
I am a Security committee member who helped choose JEKA Software to manage SI Security. They were the best company we interviewed, and their software execution has been exceptional. The security community & board members have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from residents. The watchtower app has been fantastic. Residents love being notified when they have a guest or contractor arriving. SI security has been enhanced. Residents can go on the app and modify guests/venders with ease. Whenever I have contacted JEKA officials, they have always respond quickly. Very pleased!

Much needed improvement
Great improvement over old access control platform , notifications for when guests are coming to my home are very helpful
Bad migration No help
There is no migration on this system and you can’t get any help from their support email line or a phone call. Bad, bad system. Will write more as time goes on, I’m sure!
Intuitive, Reliable, Clean
My community switched to MyWathtower for access control and visitor management. It’s a huge upgrade from the previous solution. Cleaner and more intuitive. It’s filled with useful features for gate staff, community managers, and HOA Boards. All around excellent product! Huge win for the residents
