Appreciate Change
I requested my due date be changed from the first to the third of each month, even if I had to pay a little more one month, but I am disabled and that is when my money comes in. I was getting an $8 late fee each month for not paying until the third. At first I was told no, but someone with a kind heart made the change for me. I wish I knew who so I could tell them how much I appreciated it. To whoever did this I hope you see this review and know that your kindness did not go unnoticed! Thank you

Logging in with face ID rarely works and the app never refreshes. Always have to close it and then reopen. Deleting this app.
After 10 years, they got it.
I had given up the convenience of using the mobile app for Evansville water and sewer payments and such. Nobody said let them cook and boy howdy did they cook it and serve it up. It fits our slogan;

Don’t attempt to call or contact water sewer department because it’s impossible! Try to get online and they want you to change your password but you can’t get your account number because you can’t sign in! Try to call them and you’ll be on hold forever, 18 plus minutes so far. Send an email and don’t get a reply even after system sends you confirmation of your email! You’re on auto pay and you’re getting late payments and late fees!

Using the app to pay my water bill was quick and easy not complicated at all and saved me a lot of time!

I have called multiple times and have never been able to change password and login.

This app needs updated!!! Cannot make a payment because I cannot load my payment information and cannot write in the issue because the “connect me” option requires a mandatory subject line and won’t let me type one In there either!! Many changes need to be made!!

What a joke!
This App is always not operating properly when I need it the most. I’ve been trying for weeks to get hourly readings and now even the daily readings aren’t available. Ridiculous!

Very unfriendly very demanding everything is stated mandatory duh also billing and address would be more friendly if it just asked is same as mailing address and not have to punch address stat city zip code all over again usually I use drop box to avoid using app I don’t know why I wrote this but I did next time I’ll probably just call to again avoid app this is why I don’t know why I wrote this yet another unfriendly part all nick names seem to be taken could it be because I gave you a one star rating

Love this app to find out what I need on my bill!
Bad bad bad
Do not waste your time downloading this. Payments are redirected to the website, payment records are showing incorrectly, won’t show you your bills, and it will not show account credits at all. Worthless app, not even sure why it’s in an app to begin with, the website barely works properly.
