Won’t open ever!!
Terrible app it won’t open at all and keeps trying to load I can’t even use my points when I’m in the store cause you need this stupid app that never works!!
It won’t open for the last 2 days!
I keep getting a message: “Could not open app. Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes. “
My choices are: “ Reload the app” or “ Close”.

What’s the point of using an app to order when it opens a safari view of browser page and doesn’t store my credit card?
Data folder in My Files??
This app put a myWilliams folder in the Files app to write to, so i deleted the app. Never seen an iOS app do that. The only way to delete their folder in Files is to delete the app. No thanks!
Got a new phone and cannot access my account
I had an old phone that broke so I got a new one with the same number. When I went to log in it asked for my cellphone number and then it prompted me to create a new account at which it stated that I already exist. It’s hard to justify using the app with this massive glitch.
