What was Sportech thinking when they switched MyWinners to this new platform?!? The App is a joke, trying to be trendy to attract young bettors, is not going to work. The APP is glitchy (cannot link a Wells Fargo bank account; it thinks Dania JaiAlai is a greyhound track; on the computer, the website does not work with Windows 11; and customer service does not know what Windows 11 is?!?). Just a complete mess; did anyone research before switching platforms? Once I find my old Autotote card, and get myself to East Haven, it’s “see ya” to my MyWinners account… after over 30 years!

Janto37, 30+ years means everything to us — genuinely. We're not going to brush past the issues you've hit. Our team is actively working through bank linking issue, and Jai Alai now has its own category.
