App needs update
I have been waiting to get on the app and it keeps giving bunch errors on the app please fix the bug
waste of time
you’ll accept a job offer and spend weeks to a month watching the app like a crack head to still never work your first shift…..oh and don’t voice your displeasure with them over hiring for a position…..then your free speech will be impeded on and you will get your job taken from you….i spent 2 months trying to schedule my first day just to never work a shift because of the volume they hired at prior to and after hiring me…..its not that this app is fake…..all of its promises are though…..absolutely do not EVER give this job a chance

Definitely top 5 job apps but that’s not saying much. Goodluck showed up multiple times and got sent home. Wasted time and gas never got refunded. And never will sadly to say. Imagine getting scheduled to work but sent home because someone on the app messed up. Hurts. Work at your own risk 1/5 because the staff in app are good people always nice just the company

It is a bit annoying
When trying to fill out tax forms, you can’t see where you are typing cause of the little thing telling you how to put your social security number in , also, I couldn’t read the handbook because it never let me view it . I couldn’t download documents either.
Not getting paid
Started working about 4 weeks ago, never got paid for any shift I worked, still haven’t, and on top of that the chat people ask what’s wrong and don’t reply and then forwards you to another chat where they do the SAME THING.
