I used to use this app and OH MY GOSH! They have done so much to make it way more user friendly. You can even buy gift cards and choose the exact amount you want! This app is getting better and better each day!!!
Must have for cashback
Im using this app on a regular bases since One touch i don't even have to think about it, cashback just flows. Sometimes my online purchases don’t track but after submitting ticket with details of transactions I get my cashback. Overall this is fantastic service and easy to use app.
Shopping cards
I’ve had several problems receiving cards after purchases. They give you credit and it take over 7 days to receive credit so your money is tied up for all those days and you can’t use that money. It was $1000 the first time and now I’m in a hole for $500 until I receive my credit. It is frustrating. To have you money on hold like this for a stupid app that doesn’t function properly

Apps a con don’t use
Downloaded this app made a purchase Dec 2020 for over £500 saying £21 cashback Since then nothing. Just sits saying pending, they refuse to do anything when asked or approach vendor on your behalf. So it’s a con. Topcashback much better and good customer support, avoid this like the plague

I’ve recently shopped at Cashback World merchants twice, and twice the transactions were not registered so NO CASHBACK for me!!
The minute you log into the online website as a returning customer, the link between Cashback World and the merchant is broken.

This beautiful app works but, the stores, retailers and dealers don’t know anything about this cash back, even if they show up on the app.

This site asks for too much personal information and then in order to cancel it you have to jump through hoops to even delete the account. Definitely not user friendly in regards to unsigning up for the app.
