New update is terrible
(Update) another update came out now nothing‘s printing -New update makes the mht-l8009 model extremely difficult to use,
New App Update is Awful
I have used this with my thermal printer for close to 3 years with very little issue, until this new update. I tried every option I could to try to get the image to print with my tattoo client waiting, and eventually had to give up and hand stencil. No image ever printed at all, even though the app said it was connected and the print was successful. Also, the resizing feature (which is only available sometimes) no longer has the ruler guide so it is difficult to see what size the print will be. If this isn’t returned to the previous version, or if another update doesn’t come around to fix the bugs, I will be purchasing a new machine.

Fix bug
Since update there aren’t options to size what you’re printing. It doesn’t printer a page size, it prints small 5cm without an option to resize
Please fix this
I’ve been using this printer for two years and after this update it does not print how I want to print and as a tattoo artist this can be a big problem for me and my clients please fix it this is a huge disappointment
I loved this printer until the newest update
I have used this app with my MHT-P40 for more than 2 years and now all of a sudden I go to print a stencil and I cannot for the life of me get the correct size or even get it to transfer dark enough. Idk but I dont like it. I’ve never had an issue now I have a big one
Absolutely useless
Used to be a great app and printer, but with most recent update it’s now useless, I can’t resize my images they print at a minuscule 9cm large, it’s a complete waste, they need to remove the most recent update and reintegrate image resizing, if I could give zero stars I would
Terrible after new update
It worked perfectly for the last few months. Now I can’t even get a decent size stencil made. Whoever made this update deserves to be fired. Why change something that was simple and easy to use?

New update didn’t work at all it’s impossible to reshape pictures and actually print them. If you press print it just spits out the paper the old interface was better please bring it back. I am not able to print a single thing anymore
Update is terrible, was at least usable before
They just updated it to where u can’t resize an image anymore. Like u can only print an image the same size as it is in your camera roll. It’s basically unusable now unless u jumped through a bunch of hoops to try to resize somehow out of the app but at that point just download a better app.
Please fix this bug asap
I’ve been using this app for my MHT-P40 thermal printer over 2 years now and after this recent update and it has completely messed up the app and the app doesn’t allow me to print out what I’m trying to print out, I’ve never had this problem before. I was able to print out images over 20 inches in size both length and width, now I can’t even print out anything bigger then 5 centimeters, almost the image quality after this new update is horrible. This recent update completely ruined this app forcing me to have to buy a new thermal printer comparable with a different companion app for thermal printing PLEASE REVERT THIS UPDATE PLEASE

Terrible update
It got rid of the ruler and sizing, completely ruining the entire purpose, and it doesn’t even print correctly anymore as is. This has rendered the app useless
Developers are mental
The app was not that great before. But they just updated it. And made it so “Simple” it does not work anymore. Can’t resize images. So after messing around, guessing what size my picture is. Hit print. And nothing happens. Does not work. App is completely broken. Thanks stupid devs. Don’t fix what ain’t broke. Cause now my printer is completely unusable.

Horrible update
Update is horrible. Can no longer resize images and paper size is defaulted to 6x5 centimeters. Also that AI bear is stupid. get rid of it. Already ordered a different printer to finally stop using this horrible app. Just go back to the way it was before 3.0
Never buy this
I bought this about 2 months ago it worked really good then all of a sudden they took away the grid to make the pictures bigger and everything now it’s not even printing but a big ink spot and only in the top corner never again will I buy from this brand

everytime I try to connect my printer to my phone, the light on the printer blinks and kicks me off the app everytime I get on
Printer Model MHT-P11
This product was NOT good at all. The printer and the app was pretty simple to navigate. That doesn’t mean it didn’t have problems because it did and it had many. Firstly, when i would select a photo and then size it, fitting to the size of the printer, the printer would still print it too big or just a sliver of the image (i would select the choice with the whole picture not the pieces to make a whole picture). Second it would take way too long to get to the point of printing because of how many times the app would kicked me out when i hit the print button. A LOT of the times it would print and just be blank with a MAYBE speck on it and i only got decent images from the template print and even that would still not be the correct size. Thats a problem because the app automatically corrects the size of the template and even if i wanted to change it I wasn’t allowed to because that was not a feature with the templates. Thirdly i tried to print a photo and then the printer lagged and kept printing really fast just specks and coding all over. It didn’t stop till it almost reached the end of the paper inside and got jammed. This was a really scary moment because i genuinely believed that it would blow up or something bad would happen. Thankfully that wasn’t the case and it finally stopped. Lastly the printer doesn’t have a stop button and holding down any of the buttons doesn’t work and neither does taking off the top because it would still keep printing. I feel as though that should be fixed because if it didn’t stop for me and kept printing while it was jammed i dont know what would happen and that scares me knowing it could be dangerous. There was a lot of bugs and issues with the app and the printer and it really needs to get fixed!
