It is trash. this bike had issues in every two-three days. its only been 1 week I am facing my 2nd problem already.

Save yourself the headache
The MyZoomo app is good in theory but does not work. Try locking or unlocking the motor and it just loads constantly. You also have no location privacy, Zoomo can track your location anytime they like. The app has error after error and even has an error when I click the support button! I have a Zoomo Sport and it has had so many issues I wish I didn’t waste my money. Save yourself the headache and buy a bike off a company that knows what they are doing.
