搞什麼？！更新後殺掉大部份雜誌，亦冇得下戴，得罪講句：不知所謂，如冇改善，將會取消訂閱了

為何更新版本後，無法閱讀全文章？也無任何聯絡方式？。有誰可以告訴我怎麼解決？謝謝

I don’t understand why you guys are good at setting up with auto payment but terrible in delivering my subscription.
I have been enjoying reading my magazines through the app, they took away Next Media’s weekly publish, I can still put up with it.
But logging in errors are happening so often to a point I am going to take a refund and never coming back. It is extremely annoying. I have said that to the customer service rep so many times. Why you can treat loyal customers like this? That’s why your business fails.

Bad software stability
Keep crashing for me.
內容還好，只是App不太稳定
雜誌量還可以，但不儲存有些就再也找不到了。技術不穩定是大缺點，閃退次數不少

I followed the steps to unsubscribe but it still charged me again, even if I deleted the app. Please get me off the subscription!
App 穩定雜誌新，同步功能陽春。
優點：App 穩定少跳出，雜誌為當期，另有純文字模式方便手機閱讀。
待改進：同帳號不同載具下僅有「我的最愛」同步，沒做到書櫃同步以及閱讀進度同步，希望能儘快改進。

離線閱讀不流暢
這個軟體很棒，我很喜歡。發現一個小問題回饋一下，線上閱讀還比離線閱讀流暢，這是個有趣的現象，正常應該是相反的情形。
