Don’t waste your time
The app always disconnects from my controller and changes the setting. This happens often in the middle of the game. Support team says to disconnect and reconnect, uninstall, reinstall and try again different device. I wasted a lot of money on a controller that is better used as a paper weight. I eventually decided to break mine at a rage room. What a waste of hard earned money. Almost feels like a scam with the level of support they offer.

Disconnection issues
When it works, it’s great but how much you have disconnection issues mid game is insane. Do not recommend at all way overpriced for how many disconnection issues you constantly have 5 to 6 a game easily.

My controller won’t let me program it through the app no more for some reason, is it not working for Blackops 7 ? I don’t really have the money to get a new controller with the titan chip in it what can I do to try to fix the problem?
No support/scam
Paid a lot of money to get a paperweight! Won’t connect to app, no customer support, joy stick left is messed up right out the box! Do yourself a favor save your money don’t buy from here at all

Don’t waste your time or money. Every time I open the app to connect to the controller I get an error message “network error occurred: 201”. When I first bought it I had the same issue, called tech support and they had me delete the app and reinstall and it worked. I’ve tried deleting the app, reinstalling. Turning off my phone. Disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth. Everything. Nothing has solved the issue. Completely unimpressed with this product

I think the people , give y’all a bad review because they don’t know how set it is… I have 2 year with mine and I never had any problem
Don’t buy
I bought this controller for over 350$ and bought mods for it, it worked for a few months then went to garbage. My mods would not work anymore so I tried updating it but didn’t help. I tried to use my recoil mod but now it has broke my controller and makes me spin in circles I wish I could refund the big cost but it will be impossible so now I’m stuck with this terrible controller. Support can’t help with anything and I can’t ask for a replacement don’t buy

Took away mods that I already bought
enough said, one day my mods went away. I had bought recoil and aim assist and they went away after an update.
Doesn’t work anymore
This controller doesn’t work for anything anymore. They won’t give you anything for a review. Mods are useless now.

Keeps unsycing
I love the controller and the app. My biggest problem is that the app keeps closing and it won’t stay connected to the os5 controller. And it struggles to find my controller
It’s worth the investment.
Everything connects well. It has never disconnected for me, and I’ve had no issues with the app. I’ve been using it for at least 3 months now on the daily everytime I get on my ps5. Everything works perfectly. I even got my friend to buy one himself. If your having disconnection issues, it’s probably you have your background app refresh’s on or some form of eco battery mode on. Either way, it’s a user issue not the app itself.
