Worst app ever stay away
Worked for a while intermittently but stopped working completely 6 months or so ago. Find a new service; this is garbage.
Not working
App is telling me my password vault is empty, but I have many passwords on the website on my desktop in the same account.

iPhone App is Garbage
Not sure why this iPhone app has been so bad for so many years. Why can’t they fix it and stop is from crash. Never have these issues with Keeper Security App
Glitchy
App won’t open without uninstalling. Works for a week or so, then suddenly crashes every time you try to open it again.
Great for enterprise use
We implemented passportal as a mandatory password manager for our company and it is incredibly helpful. The browser extension is a godsend. We can create security based folders to share passwords with different departments and also keep a private list of passwords for ourselves. I use it to create complex and unique passwords now as a best security practice.

This app sucks!
It is a terrible app! I have to constantly uninstall it and reinstall to get it working.
Buggy program
I want this to be a good program as we use it for work. You literally have to uninstall it an reinstall/set it up after every update. It crashes after very single update.
Clunky, Outdated, and Crashing
The app is clunky. It’s not very user friendly in how it’s laid out. It’s just not very modern and it feels like an after thought on the n-able team. Also, it’s always crashing when I load it up. I can uninstall the app and reinstall it, but after a while, it’s back to the same old. I am frustrated that I can’t just load it up. However, the web browser extension I use has been working wonderfully. I just wish that they would fix the app and make it stable and user friendly.

Could be better
More often than not, it just won’t open. It starts to open the, crashes.

Constant Freezing
App consistently freezes on open, then closes. Have to delete and re install constantly.
Rarely works
App continually fails to load. Reinstall app. Happens again a week later.

Sometime good sometimes bad
Sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. Needed articles and other client data while on site and within the app there are zero articles, knowing back at the office on the Passportal desktop software there’s 20+. Uninstalling doesn’t work, resetting the app doesn’t work, thus 2 stars at max.

This app constantly loses its settings or data and requires me to completely remove, reinstall and re setup the app. Support is unable to address the issue, they just expect me to keep working like this.
Utterly useless
App wont open. When it did it took hours to load. Multiple crash loops. This is the definition of crapware.
