The latest phone update or perhaps an update from the app does not allow for location services to be turned on in Settings.
No Rewards Sent-Seems to be a scam.
Have been using app for almost two months now, have earned 3 $10.00 rewards cards(I chose Amazon gift cards). All 3 times the app said these rewards would be emailed to me, but haven’t received any of them. Called N&D Group and they said I would need to contact the “third party” in charge of the app, they don’t handle it. Have emailed through the app 2-3 times now with no response. Not good. Scam? If it walks like a duck…

Crazy App
This is the worst app ever! To get access I need an activation code, but there’s no way to get the code. I called my agent, she couldn’t help. She told me it might be with my invoice mailing. It was not. I called Norfolk and Dedham. They advised I would be emailed the code once submitted. The funny thing is I couldn’t provide my email address until I entered the code.

I don’t want to leave a rating yet bcuz i have a question on the app when send you money it shows someways off using it but when i tried visa it shows nothing I’m confused can i use it or not?

Stopped recording
I LOVED this app for the year or so I’ve had it. However, a week ago it just stopped recording my drives. Or it records one minute of a 35 minute drive. I deleted them app and reinstalled it. It worked for a drive and stopped again. What did you do?!
