The com unit is why I purchased it.
My app did not connect, tried updating. Fail, cannot connect.
I know I paid $$$$ got this garbage.
What else fits in its place? Nothing.

Terrible app
Just got Nolan N100 5 and with the latest firmware on my n-com this app does not work. Such a disappointment.
Crap app
My Nolan helmet is great, but this App to connect is really crap. It works sometime and not others, and no updates from the app developers that fixes the problem.
Thing is, now I regret buying the helmet.

What happened?? This worked a few years ago, not now!
This is a disaster of an “application”! Simply put, IT DOES NOT WORK. It worked several years ago when I first purchased a Nolan helmet. That is why I bought a new Nolan helmet only to be extremely disappointed and infuriated. Now my 4 year old helmet cannot be updated or operated by this really bad software. My older app that worked with my helmet was replaced by this non-functioning application that will not communicate with my helmet and, therefore, will not update either of my Nolan helmets.
Don’t make the mistake I did and buy a premium Schuberth helmet and comm unit to replace your non-functioning Nolan since the comm units and their software are from the same company, Sena! The really bad part is that there is NO SUPPORT since Sena apparently has been aware that this doesn’t work for nearly a year. I don’t understand how this can happen and have no solution for as long as it has unless Sena is going under but wants to drain every penny from the business before going public about going out of business.
Hopefully the helmet makers Nolan out of Italy and Schuberth out of Germany will put enough pressure on Sena in the US to get their products to function as advertised.

Not working!
Was working good when I purchased it about 4 years ago! Now...it’s dead as a doorknob. Audio music no longer comes through the helmet! I thought I was doing something wrong! I guess I was though; when I purchased the B5. A waste of money!

I’ve tried to connect this app to my IPhone 6s it’s never worked. Which is a pain as you need the app to work and adjust the headset. I wouldn’t recommend it
No B4 for iPhone
I’ve used a N-Com B4 with an iPhone 6 for years with no problem. Loved having my music in my headset. Suddenly, the iPhone links to the helmet, but no sound and the app no longer supports iPhone. Very unhappy and looking at Sena as a replacement.

I paid $750 for three B4 units and now this app won't even connect to them.
B1.4 Connection Issues
I have just bought this headset to use with my iPhone 6s, and so far I haven’t managed to connect to the app even though a card suggesting it came in the box.
Connecting to my phone was easy, and everything else works fine manually.

Crashes with B5 ! Can't add contacts to call !
App works okay'ish .... except can't add any contacts or favourites to call in the app ! Which kind of makes the use of calling features pointless no ?

Have a B4 Plus paired with iPhone 6S but doesn't work with app. I called Nolan support and was told it only works with models B5 and newer. Disappointed.

Looks like I'm having the same issue as everyone else. App doesn't recognize that the unit is paired to my phone.
