Easy to use
Unsure about the other negative reviews about this app, but had no issues with the app at all. Keeps parents updated and easy to reach the team via the messaging function. You have to ensure you are on the latest iOS and the app updated to keep it running smoothly.

Generally good but messaging needs work
Overall the app is pretty functional and effective. However it just doesn’t work well as a messaging app. I need to force close the app to actually read an unread message.
Great when it works
The app hangs and crashes constantly on my iphone, which is why I’m once again reinstalling. If it were stable, it would be great. As it is, important messages are often inaccessible and can’t be viewed elsewhere, which is far from ideal.
Help centre is not helpful at all
I have had an issue with the NFamily app, and trying to fix it doesn’t work. The app takes you to the website which tells you to use the app. It sent me to the chat feature which then said they would reply on Monday, but it was early afternoon on Friday so not open during normal working hours. Pretty frustrating.
