App doesnt work and due to this the watch is not able to pair with the device. Fix the app it shows error while sign in

Watch is excellent but no updates given so far die to which it takes more time to connect or even could’t connect
Pathetic app
This app is so pathetic that it doesn’t even connect and always keep on showing network issue. Maybe one plus hired developers who didn’t even knew what they were doing or one plus didn’t want to spend a thought on how the app should actually work. Simply pathetic and worst experience with one plus.

Worst Watch ever!
So this watch has absolutely nothing. If you want a screen tied to your wrist then you can definitely buy this. It has been more than a year since the last update came. The app has lot of bugs, it is still using the old face gallery which was there an year back! There has been 0 updates to this watch. One plus is over! Switch to something better with similar price range for looks and as well as the features.

No images showing on the app
I just re-installed this app, and surprisingly the images are not available on the app. Oneplus, you just need quality work to compete with Apple, mere designing the same products as of apple is not enough.
No face gallery
It’s so frustrating that the app doesn’t show face gallery. How do you expect us to use your watch if such basic features are not working.

Exercise mode, not working in Apple phone

Cycle mode in Iphone
After updating iPhone from 16 to 17 in 14 pro, cycle exercise mode is not working. And it was working before software update.

I owned a oneplus device and also have oneplus watch and oneplus band however I need an iphone as my daily driver and my oneplus phone as backup but oneplus watch is not supported on this app only my oneplus band is supported please make support for oneplus watch or I will endedup selling it for an apple watch and not upgrading my oneplus phone jn the future

Great App
I dont understand why it has so poor ratings. The app is fabulous, the design & ux is amazing. Some features are unique & it perfectly matches with OnePlus language! I would just want some more Watch faces or ability to customize existing ones!
Doesn’t sync with Apple Health
The ability to sync heart rate, sleep, sport activities data with Apple Health is a basic feature every health app should have. My rating will definitely jump high if it gets added. Otherwise, it’s a pretty decent health app.
