Has never worked
I’ve subscribed for a while and everytime I try and use this app, the status of my account is marked “unknown” and I can’t unlock any issues. I’ve written to them about it and received no response. Altogether displeased, really.

Agreed, that the small change of left justifying the text would make a huge difference from a user experience point of view. Please?
