The Connect button no longer sticks. After an abrupt drop it works again right away, and the "Disconnecting" label no longer appears out of turn. A tap while the previous attempt is still finishing is no longer lost: the app remembers it and connects on its own. No more minimizing and reopening the app to make the button respond.
