Keeps crashing
I have literally been trying to log into this app for a very long time. I definitely love the idea of the app, but if it don’t work, it don’t work. It keeps crashing. I am the Neighborhood association president in my community and I would love to use something like this for my Neighborhood and the community members and board but if it don’t work, I don’t work.

You can’t update your information or delete your account. There is no monitoring of anything. This app needs to be shut down. I have been trying to delete my accounts for over 2 years and they have nothing in there where you can delete your account. They don’t even have information to contact customer service or support. This seems very bogus and fraudulent and misleading. This app is very poor.

The newest incident was almost 3 years ago. So either the second largest city in my state has had no incidents in 3 years or this app simply is no longer picking anything up. I guessing it’s the latter.

I think they hacked my phone
My phone was perfectly fine until I got this app. My phone takes forever to turn down the volume. My phone also takes 30 mins to charge 2%. I recommend not getting this app also because you have to put marks on the map.

App crashes constantly, annoying notifications that don’t really need to be there. I even tried to pay for the subscription extra services - Not worthy of the time and money as it crashes too.
Have gone backwards and forward with email communication with the developers to resolve, they don’t really resolve the issue.

Very Buggy
The paid features for group panic SMS don’t work. The app freezes when using activity tab.
Doesn’t work
I just got this app in hopes that it would be better than the other, more popular neighborhood news app. Not so! Although there is much less drama, this is purely because the app doesn’t work. It took my personal information and refuses to load anything. It doesn’t matter what I click on! It acts like it’s loading and then it crashes. I’m going to give it a few more days but so far I feel like I’ve been scammed out of my personal information and I have a feeling that there will be no way to deactivate my “account”.

What a Joke
Just installed this, got my verification code and........Nothing. Tried all the buttons provided and.....Nothing. Went back to read All the reviews and I’m having the same problems as other people - from a year ago up to last week. What a disappointment! Lovely, my info is now stuck in your database regardless if I delete the app or not. Please don’t B.S. people and say otherwise. Also, replies from “developer” - come off demeaning and condescending. You’re better off using the Neighbors app

When adding someone, it asks for name, address, email and a verification code. No one is able to get into group...where is the verification code they need?!?
