Log in issues
This app doesn’t update year over year. As much as I’ve tried to refresh, I had to delete my account and start over to access the new conference materials. Since my log-in credentials did not work, I’ve had to “request access” to which I’ve received no response, I’ve had to create a new log-in, which didn’t work, I even deleted and updated the app. So disappointing and frustrating. There has to be a better way.

This App is a great resource! It’s so nice to not have to handle so much paperwork at this event. The schedule and ability to customize is priceless. The connection aspect is great too! So if you see me shaking my phone, stop staring and just add me to your contacts!! Haha - Go NACo!!!!
