About

A calorie counter you cannot ignore. Every food diary works — for about four days. Then you forget an entry, then a day, and by Friday the app is just another icon. Nada fixes that with one rule: log your meal, or the apps you picked stay locked. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick your mode and set up your plan. Your body data, activity level and goal give you a daily calorie target with macros. 2. Pick your apps and your rhythm — once a day, every 16 hours, every 8 hours or every 4 hours. 3. Miss your window and Screen Time shields the apps you picked. Open Nada, log something, and they open normally again. That is the whole loop. No streaks, no badges, no notifications nagging you. TWO MODES — YOU CHOOSE HOW PRECISE • Count calories: Log everything, with a daily target and macros. The most precise. • Calorie bombs only: No counting. You just tick off what is high in energy and low in nutrients — sweets, pastries, chips, fast food, soft drinks, alcohol, sausage and greasy food. You set how many a day are okay. For anyone who finds counting a drag. Here the lock opens with "None today". You can switch modes in Settings whenever you like. YOU STAY IN CONTROL • You choose the apps yourself, in Apple's own Screen Time picker. Nothing else is touched. • You set when the lock kicks in and how long mornings stay free — time for breakfast. • Turn the app lock off whenever you want. The calorie tracker keeps working. THE FOOD TRACKER • A daily calorie target built from your own body data, not a generic number • Protein, fat and carbs at a glance • Over 7,000 foods and dishes built in and searchable offline • Online food search and barcode scanner via Open Food Facts • Not in the database? Type in the Nutrition Facts per serving — Nada does the math • Your own foods and favorites • Day-by-day food diary and a history with weekly averages • Weight log, so your plan follows your real trend instead of the scale on a bad morning • Import workouts and weight from Apple Health if you like • Pounds and feet or kilograms and centimeters — your choice • Backup and restore as a plain file you keep yourself YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There is no Nada account and no server of ours. Your diary, your body data and your app selection never leave your iPhone. The app uses the network for exactly two things: the Open Food Facts food search, and the App Store for the free trial and the purchase. That is it. ABOUT SCREEN TIME The app lock uses Apple's Screen Time. You pick the apps in Apple's own picker, and Nada only receives anonymous tokens — it never learns which apps you chose, and nothing leaves your iPhone. iOS asks for your permission before Screen Time is switched on. Say no and the lock simply stays off while the tracker keeps working. PRICE Seven days free: start the trial in the app. It costs nothing and does not renew. After that, a single in-app purchase unlocks Nada for good. There is no subscription. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://snugled.com/en/nada/privacy Available in English and German. Nada gives estimates, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before making large changes to your diet — especially if you take weight-loss medication. Do not use this app if you have or have had an eating disorder.
