Credit card Policy
I hate that I have to store a credit card to get points instead of the option to use Apple Pay. This does make me less likely to use to app since I can use Apple Pay elsewhere and get rewards without exposing my credit to an additional app!!!

My husband and I have been so impressed with how good their food is, carefully prepared, and always accurate. A healthy choice.
Couldn’t use
I couldn’t use any of the options of the app at the store. They didn’t have chicken tenders ready, they didn’t have multiple selections ready and I couldn’t get the free drink because they said they were not part of the actual Naf Naf chain. I really don’t understand how this was possible.
Location issue
I live 3 minutes from a NafNaf and It’s not in the same town as I’m located in. The app won’t let me order from that NafNaf because there is a NafNaf in my town but it is 8 miles away. For some unknown reason it’s saying the NafNaf down the street is 31 miles away and now I’m left to use a third party app to buy my food and not redeem point. I’m very disappointed.

Naf Naf Eden Prairie
The food and service at Naf Naf Grill in Eden Prairie is always so good. The staff are always very welcoming and efficient and helpful, and the food is delicious. I am a big fan of their lentil soup. Two thumbs up!
Near Worthless
Found out the hard way that my points expired today. No warning from the app… at all. They’ve been advertising their specials to me for the past couple months, but couldn’t be bothered to tell me my points were expiring. And I also learned that I now to need give them my credit card number to join their loyalty program… huh? Why? That makes no sense. I still love their food, but their loyalty program is AWFUL and their app is near pointless.

Can’t add a gift card
It says once you have a credit card loaded you can load a gift card. However, the button does not appear and ringing a gift card in the store takes two tries everytime and the machine has to reboot between.
