NAFA stands for Not Another Fitness App. It is for people who already pay attention to their training and want one useful record of what they do. Open the app and you will see today's plan, based on your recent workouts, food and recovery. Each recommendation includes the measurements behind it. You can change the plan whenever you want. When you train, record sets, reps, weight and effort. If you benched 60 kg for eight reps last week, that result is there when you plan today's session. Meals and macros sit beside your workout history, making it easier to see how both affect the same goal. Connect HealthKit if you want NAFA to include sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and workouts. A wearable is optional. You can also record supplements, body measurements, blood work or DNA markers when those details matter to you. NAFA suits people who track their progress, question generic advice and want to understand why a plan changed. The focus stays on your records and the next useful decision. NAFA can support your fitness decisions, but it is not a substitute for medical care or a doctor's judgment. Your account data is encrypted. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can export your records or delete your account from the app. NAFA is currently opening to its first cohort. Access is available by application or invitation. Subscription NAFA Pro is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
