Nagendra Jewellers App is a utility for customers who have a gold‑jewellery purchase plan. The app offers the following capabilities: Plan overview – Displays the joining date, upcoming due dates, total amount, and remaining EMI amounts for each active plan. Payment processing – Allows payment of the next EMI using supported online methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net‑banking, and wallet balances. Payments are handled by third‑party gateways; the app does not store raw card information. Wallet usage – Shows the current wallet balance and permits a portion of that balance to be applied toward an EMI, reducing the amount that must be paid online. Profile management – Enables editing of email, phone number, address, date of birth, and profile picture. Changes are saved to the backend and synchronized across devices. Transaction history – Provides a chronological list of all payment transactions with dates, amounts, and status (paid, pending, or overdue). Notifications – Sends alerts for upcoming due dates, successful payments, and updates to plan terms. How to get started Create an account by providing a name, mobile number, and email address. Complete identity verification by uploading a government‑issued ID and a selfie. Choose an existing purchase plan or create a new one by specifying the desired gold amount and tenure. Add a preferred payment method (UPI ID, debit/credit card, or wallet). All data transmission uses TLS encryption. Core plan information is cached locally so it can be viewed without an active internet connection. The app does not facilitate direct gold‑sale transactions; it only manages the EMI‑based purchase plans offered by Nagendra Jewellers. For assistance, use the “Write to Us” screen within the app.
