To be transparent, AI image generation requires massive cloud computing power and expensive server costs for every single request, which is why we unfortunately cannot make the app completely free or unlimited. That said, we want you to have a good experience. Please reach out to us directly at support@nailaiapp.com with your account details—We'd be happy to take a look at what went wrong with your generation and manually reset your trial credit so you can give it another fair shot with a clearer photo.
