Annoying fireworks
I’ve had this app for well over 3 months and have not been contacted by LE or Fire dept. I’m Glad I have this app and hope something comes out of this . Some nut has been lighting off all kinds of fireworks near my house. This has been going on for years . . I’m in California so it’s illegal to set off fireworks in our County. The guy sets off these when you least expect it making my dogs go nuts and car alarms going off late at night. I don’t know about how he gets them . I don’t know if fireworks stores are open year round . He must work up there so he probably stops on the way home and gets them . I’m just waiting for the police or fire to respond with a email or text so I can fill them in . But the offender is sneaky and will Never get caught.

Doesn’t Work
When you try to open it, it will not open the reporting function of the app. That makes it pretty useless.
Won’t load
Not built for real time use. Never would load when illegal fireworks all around me for hours. Stupid app

I had great hopes, but it simply didn’t work…at all. It wouldn’t “connect”.
3 Years and Still Doesn’t Work
Every year I try to use this app and it is sooooo dysfunctional that it’s pathetic. I got excited to see the updated version which only worked a few times then I couldn’t load it. Error message saying my phone wasn’t connected to my Wi-Fi but it was. Even went on just my data and got a message that location finding would be inaccurate and to switch to Wi-Fi then got a message that data wasn’t available!!!!! Too bad this app still doesn’t work right!!!!

Worst app
In the 25 min that I kept trying there was no connection at all. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but still didn’t work.
App is Garbage
Downloaded app to report neighbor going on day two of igniting illegal fireworks in street. All I get are network error messages and app error messages popping up. Nothing on this app works. Pointless to download.
Won't even load
I mean seriously did you even test this app to make sure works? It won't load and keeps telling me it lost connection when I have plenty of wifi service. What a complete joke. Thanks for promoting nothing.
4 year old version
If I could give zero stars I would. This app has no business being pushed by local agencies to report illegal fireworks use and sale. The app is useless.

The City of Sacramento pushed everyone to use this app to report illegal fireworks, with the big claim it would be more efficient. We reported illegal activity four nights in a row. Nobody came or responded to our reports. I'm convinced the reports go to a queue that nobody checks. A total sham to make residents feel like the city is listening. This year was the worst yet. We mad massive explosions until 2AM and then they started again at 4:30AM.

Doesn’t work for iPhones!
This app does not work for iPhones and hasn’t been verified by apple in over 3 years. It fails anytime you try to report. It does seem to work for android users though.
No good
4th of July Upload failed. Last update three years ago! Since this app is by a fireworks company, TNT, of course they do not want it to work.
Terrible app
I know they mean well and they’re trying to do some thing however it absolutely failed tonight over five times. I am not technologically challenged however every report I tried to make did not go through. I finally ended up having to callThe fire department number that the Sacramento police advised to do. Teenagers out in the streets shooting fireworks way up into the sky well over two stories above the homes and nothing! Nail em not worth it.

Absolutely no response.
There is no point to this app. It’s like screaming in to the void. Illegal fireworks have been going off for hours and absolutely no end in sight.
