Requested clients don't eat a turn unless you say they do. Ties break by who clocked in first, so the board says the same thing on every device. • Tickets — open one when a client sits down, add services and techs as you go, split a ticket between two techs, take cash, card, Zelle/Venmo or a gift card. It saves after every tap, so a locked screen or a dead battery never costs you a ticket. • Tips done right — cash tips leave the drawer the moment the tech takes them, so your end-of-shift count actually matches.
