Logins impossible if you set a password
I was able to log in exactly once. I got my “temporary” insecure password and that logged in fine. I changed it, logged out, and could never log in again. I tapped the button to reset the password, but because I never signed up for text messages (I never had the chance to!), they won’t send a text to reset it. No option to use email.
So. Temp password doesn’t work anymore. New password doesn’t work. Reset password doesn’t work because they won’t text it. No logins are now possible for the phone number.
I repeated this with two accounts. I did not get my new password wrong - it simply doesn’t work if you change the password. (I used an alphanumeric password. Perhaps they require numbers only? It does not say.)
Crappy. This app literally separates me from the salon now - they rarely answer the phone because they want you to schedule online, but the most basic function of scheduling online is garbage. The salon has lost business because the app can’t handle logins properly.
If you do get the app, better keep the basic introductory “password” if you want to use it.
