Never received order placed through app
Placed an order and still have not received it 4 months later. No one will respond to me regarding it.
Never got my order
I placed an order in January and have contacted through the app and email with no response… has the company gone out of business? They charged me and never fulfilled my order.
Orders
Orders take over a month to receive. Tooooo long to wait. Ready to cancel my credit card charge.
Non existent customer service
I placed an order in July that supposedly shipped but I wasn’t able to track it. I reached out multiple times to the company via every option available and never received a response. I am so disappointed because I really liked their products but will never order from them again.
Have not received my order
I used to love this company. I ordered a lot. I used to get the packages quickly but the time before last it took a long time. The last time I ordered was 9-13-24 and I have NOT received it. I have emailed multiple times, every email I can find. I have messaged in the app. The newest emails do not include the support address anymore so maybe they started scamming people??? I would love some help but I am starting to give up.
