The app glitches a lot
I’ve been using the naivas app for two years now. I would buy groceries from Australia, pay for it with my card and my family in Kenya would collect it. However lately, the payment method does not work at all, I can’t seem to top up money in the wallet using my card and the screen freezes in a clear page and I have to do the whole process again. It has been going on for a year now. I like the app but the more the app glitches the worse it gets and it’s really frustrating because I lost a lot of money to this glitch and could not get it back. And my bank statement showed that the money went through. I’m not one to write reviews or leave any comments for things but it’s gone on for too long. I’m hoping you guys fix it very soon.

Goods not delivered/ no refund/ no communicatiom
Did shopping more than 16 hrs ago and my shopping was not delivered , no customer care support just silence

Just avoid this app . Highly disappointed
