disappointed By Najm officer
I had a very disappointing experience with Najm after a recent accident. The other vehicle was being driven by a 10-year-old child who had no driving license at all, which is clearly a serious violation of traffic law. However, despite this obvious fact, Najm assigned 100% fault to our driver and did not properly mention the issue of the child driving without a license.
This decision felt very unfair and unprofessional. In situations like this, the assessment should be based purely on the facts of the accident and the law, not rushed conclusions. Driving without a license—especially by a child—is a major safety issue and should be clearly reflected in the report.
I believe Najm officers need better training to investigate accidents carefully and objectively. Their role is to determine the real cause of the accident based on evidence, not overlook critical violations. I hope Najm improves its investigation process so that drivers receive fair and accurate accident reports in the future.

The services in the app is horrible, whenever I wanna check my traffic accidents they say: there’s an error, please try again later.😏😏😏

المفروض اقيم البرنامج صفر من خمسه برنامج صعب الدخول عليه لايتميز بسلاسه في الدخول وموظفون نجم بعضهم لايباشر الحادث صدمني واحد وركبوني الخطأ ١٠٠/١٠٠ بوصف الحادث عن طريق الهاتف طيب يمكن الطرف الثاني كاذب على اي اساس يتم التقيم ومافيه دلائل او شواهد شي يقهر صراحه ارسلوا لي في آخر يوم نموذج مابعد الحادث دخلت اسوي اعتراض وكملت بياناتي ويطلعني التطبيق بحجة فيه غلط ماادري وين الغلط تطبيق فاشل بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه عندي إثباتات بالداش كام على الحادث كنت مرفقتها في التقرير وبعدها بساعه قالوا لايمكنك تقديم إعتراض على الحادث لانه مضى عليه عشرة ايام ادفعي ١١٤٢٥ الف واناالمصدونه شي يغبن صراحه الله يعوضني خير ولاحول ولاقوة إلا بالله و إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

التطبيق لايعمل ولا يمكن تسجيل الدخول حيث تظهر رساله إن كلمة المرور خطا رغم ان التطبيق محدث الى اخر نسخه

The application is worst than any basic app as it requires alot of modifications and improvements why you create an app and half of the process requires to go through a web or a link to process them you can do it directly in the app
And second if you choose external links you have to make sure that it works and for the tracker progress it does not work as the page shows 15 min and i have been here for 2 hours waiting for his majesty to come and investigate the accident

Failure application
No interaction, buttons don’t work, a lot of lagging, i have updated it but still a lot of things don’t work
