Sign in to: • view membership and benefit details • follow existing claim status • review records available to your account • reset your password and manage privacy or account requests Membership, benefit, claim, and record views are read-only. Password reset, support, data-copy requests, and account-deletion controls remain available. Account and membership creation, enrollment, coverage purchase, and payment setup happen on the web or separately outside the app. The app does not sell coverage, take payments, or accept new or updated claims.
