NakBus Driver

NakBus Driver is the companion app for bus companies on NakBus Live, the live bus map of nakordoni.eu. It turns the driver's phone into the bus's GPS beacon - no extra hardware needed. HOW IT WORKS - Your dispatcher gives you a pairing code from the company fleet dashboard. - Enter the code, review the location-sharing consent and start your shift. - While your shift is ON, the app sends the bus position about every 15 seconds, so passengers see the bus moving live on the nakordoni.eu bus map and in your company's "Where is my bus?" widget. - Tap again to end the shift. Off shift the app tracks and sends nothing. MADE FOR DRIVERS - One-tap shift on/off - nothing else to operate. - Battery-friendly: balanced-accuracy GPS with a 15-second beacon interval. - Poor coverage? Points are buffered offline and uploaded automatically when the connection returns. - Clear status at a glance: last sent time, buffered points, connection state. PRIVACY FIRST (GDPR) - Location is collected ONLY during an active shift that you start yourself. - The public map shows the bus and its route - never the driver's name. - Explicit in-app consent before any tracking; unpair anytime to disconnect the device.
