App no longer works, service shut down.
No heads up about the app no longer being supported, no opportunity to download data before being locked out. Very disappointed that there wasn’t any notice. Really got a lot of use out of the mirror and now all my scans are inaccessible.
Needs a minor update
Please keep function active as this continues to work great — but please update the app (for the latest iOS) so the new iPhone “notch” does not cut off tab access at the top. The tabs are now difficult to press due to the notch being in the way. A minor update to this app could completely fix that…!

Abandoned their earliest supporters
Bought a Naked Lab mirror from kickstarter in 2018 and received in 2019. Worked great for less than 2 years until they pushed through a software update that bricked the 1st generation machines, which they now refuse to support. So I have a very, very expensive paper weight mirror now. I see they are rebranded “Prism Labs” and plan to launch ANOTHER product on kickstarter soon. Lots of bad reviews like mine were stripped from the website. Buyer beware: you never know when “Naked Labs” or their rebrand “Prism Labs” will stop supporting the very expensive products you buy from them.

Amazing product but needs more updates
Been using the scanner on and off for a year now. Customer support is excellent but this app needs some updates as the top menu is very hard to access with newer iPhone with the FaceID notch.

Technology it’s not without challenges, but the team has been great with troubleshooting and fixing things as necessary! They stand by their product. I imagine next generation will be even better! Otherwise it’s a great product and very beneficial in tracking your growth or weight loss!

Still love my scanner
Been with these guys since the beginning. Scanner still working well. Thank you for continuing to update the app to work with iOS that is constantly upgrading and changing!!!! BTW... to those reviewing negatively about app not scanning... this app is for a special mirror and scale device you would have had to have purchased separately... the app links to the device...

Great product and metrics
I’ve been using this product over two years and my scanner has always worked flawlessly. I’ve been tracking daily since I shifted to working from home for quarantine and it’s helped me stay on track and I’m down 9.3 pounds of body fat in 10 months! I recently had an issue, it had to do with a Facebook SSO login problem, The support team at naked labs stayed in contact with me the entire time and resolved my issue perfectly. I appreciate how great they are to work with!

Scam - nope.
Don’t waste your time. It won’t let you proceed without agreeing to Share your data. It’s not a 3D scanner on its own. You have to buy their hardware. Nope.

Amazing tool with amazing support staff. Can’t say enough about how helpful and how prompt their support team is. I had this mirror for 2 years and it provided excellent feed back on my progress . And when I needed help to fix a problem, they went above and beyond and repaired it at no cost even though it was beyond the warranty periods.

Great customer support!
I have had this product for almost 2 years and have used it sporadically on and off. Wanted to get back into the swing of things so I fired it up last week and it wouldn’t work. Emailed customer service and Thomas emailed me back and was on top of everything. After about a couple days of back and forth we figured out the problem. I realized my mirror was out of warranty but they shipped me the part I needed and in a couple days I was back up and running no problem. I know some people have said they have had issues but as of this post I can’t say enough about them. To me, they have a product that works (yes it’s expensive but we all knew that) and they stick by their product. Thanks Thomas for shipping me that new sensor so quickly!

Truly spectacular product, amazing customer service!!
The setup of the platform couldn’t have been more intuitive, and the scanning is really impressive! You can tell that they did extensive user testing when building the app; it’s one of the most seamless UX flows I’ve ever experienced.
I’ve had a couple hardware updates that required interaction with the customer experience team, but Thomas Ward was notably professional and responsive, and everything got fixed right away!
I’ll be using the scanner for the foreseeable future - thanks for making such an outstanding product!

By far the best scanner and app
I really hope they can figure out how to scale up production on this scale/scanner. The app is so well designed with all the informational options you need to compare your body programming. The app gives you all the details to need to keep losing weight or gaining size in all the right areas. This is way more than just a scale it’s a tool that allows you to body tape in a few seconds instead of minutes, and give you 3D before and after which is FAR superior than pictures.

Company sold out and abandoned the people that invested in them. Device has lots of accuracy issues and hasn’t had an update since the sale.
No longer works
App/scanner no longer works (seemingly permanent “processing error”) and the company no longer responds. Assumption is they are out of business/funding.
$1400 down the drain.
Waited 12 months for delivery of the scanner. It worked for 3 months. Then, the scanner stopped working. The company phone numbers are disconnected and they do not respond to emails. Company appears to have gone out of business.
Non functioning app
Installed on Apple 8. App does not connect to device, regardless of troubleshooting steps. Support is non existent. While call, chat or email is listed as ways of contacting, no responses on any channel even elicited a response. After days and numerous attempts to make this work, I would suggest not wasting your time with the app or money on the device.

AppleHealth integration is amazing!
Live my naked scanner, and it se it several times a week to get valuable data points. Was so happy to see the update with integration to Apple health today! It is working flawlessly for me and all my previous data has synced! I also love the waist to hip ratio addition! So much more useful than BMI!
