App no longer works, service shut down.
No heads up about the app no longer being supported, no opportunity to download data before being locked out. Very disappointed that there wasn’t any notice. Really got a lot of use out of the mirror and now all my scans are inaccessible.
Needs a minor update
Please keep function active as this continues to work great — but please update the app (for the latest iOS) so the new iPhone “notch” does not cut off tab access at the top. The tabs are now difficult to press due to the notch being in the way. A minor update to this app could completely fix that…!

Abandoned their earliest supporters
Bought a Naked Lab mirror from kickstarter in 2018 and received in 2019. Worked great for less than 2 years until they pushed through a software update that bricked the 1st generation machines, which they now refuse to support. So I have a very, very expensive paper weight mirror now. I see they are rebranded “Prism Labs” and plan to launch ANOTHER product on kickstarter soon. Lots of bad reviews like mine were stripped from the website. Buyer beware: you never know when “Naked Labs” or their rebrand “Prism Labs” will stop supporting the very expensive products you buy from them.

Amazing product but needs more updates
Been using the scanner on and off for a year now. Customer support is excellent but this app needs some updates as the top menu is very hard to access with newer iPhone with the FaceID notch.
