Login doesn’t work

I am logged in to the website on my computer, and I’m using the exact same login on my phone, but continually get a “invalid credentials“ error message. I need to be able to access this from my phone, so if the developers could please address this issue that seems to have persisted for months, that would be greatly appreciated.
