My friend got lost using this app. Honestly very frustrating to use. Do not recommend.

My friend downloaded this app called Reach and I never saw him again, bro.
It started a week ago. Leo was always hunting for the next obscure beta test or weird indie game, so when he showed me "Reach," I didn't think much of it. The icon was just a minimalist, glowing white hand on a black background. There was no description in the app store, just a single line of text: See what's just out of grasp.
He told me it was an Augmented Reality game. You point your camera around your house, and the screen reveals "hidden architecture." At first, he was just finding digital doors in his hallway or weird floating staircases in his backyard. But after two days, he stopped coming to school.
He started sending me unhinged texts at 3:00 AM. "The map keeps expanding into my walls," he wrote on Tuesday. On Wednesday, he sent: "I opened one of the doors. I hear breathing."
Yesterday, I finally biked over to his place to check on him. The front door was unlocked. His room was completely empty, but his phone was lying dead center on the rug, the screen still glowing. I picked it up. The app was open, the camera active, filtering the room in a harsh, cold blue light.
I looked through the screen. Right where his closet should be, the app showed a massive, spiraling stone staircase leading down into total darkness.
I dropped the phone and ran out of the house. I haven't told the police yet because who would actually believe a stupid app swallowed my best friend? But this morning, I woke up, looked at my phone, and my blood ran cold.
I never downloaded it, but the glowing white hand icon is sitting on my home screen. And I have one unread push notification: Leo is trying to Reach you.

Very Poor UI & Harmful
Uncomfortable to use and poor interface that makes it difficult to be 100% accurate, which it needs to be in most cases without serious punishment.
Why
Doesn’t work stuff gets cancelled and makes everything worse, tattooing a horse and riding it from place to place would be better and faster
They did not jump out if a window for this
This app tracks me all over campus! I can not leave without scanning in and i can never leave without it. This app has caused me great distress and great misery. Free all reach users
