This app killed my friend!
The day I logged into this app was the day my life changed forever. Me and my friend were in college when they had us download the app and log in, I managed to, barely, but when my friend tried to login her phone caught on fire!! She dropped her phone in a panic onto her bed and the sheets caught fire. Eventually our entire dorm caught fire and me and our two other dorm mates were the only ones who managed to escape. Anyway, she came back from the dead eventually but with cat ears and a tail..? Some farmer mistook her as animal when she was having a party in the woods and she once again died, from a bullet this time. Heartbroken I started breakdancing and crying while my friends fed me icecream
Lately, im stuck depressed and constantly on the couch all day because of this. I barely remember her face to this day, but she looks so similar to trump sometimes i find myself going to his campaigns!

Battery vampire
My phone was at 100%. I opened Reach. My phone exploded. Okay, maybe it didn't explode, but it did drop to 2% and became hot enough to forge a mythical sword. I think the app is actually using my phone's processor to mine the sadness of boarding school students. If you enjoy being tracked like a migratory bird by an app that has the stability of a Jenga tower in an earthquake, then Reach is for you. For everyone else, just use a carrier pigeon. It’s faster and has better customer support.

Holy crow
This app is slow most of the time and when there’s updates it’s so annoying cuz it doesn’t automatically update. My friend Lalo got a virus on his phone from this app and it sucks using it. Wouldn’t recommend.
Nightmare to Use
This app is so poorly designed that you aren’t able to reset passwords, change students that you are trying to check out, or even edit your own information. I have never been so frustrated with the number of bugs in an app. It’s an absolute nightmare to use and schools should absolutely not be using this to manage something as critical as minor’s leave. I could see potential legal and criminal consequences against the school due to the inability to manage approved pick ups and check outs. This app should be absolutely overhauled or completely shut down.

Fully left my boarding school because of this stupid app. If u value an ounce of personal freedom u won’t go to a school that uses this. Literally had to tell them my entire life story and promise my dorm mom my first born fb old just to leave my dorm. This app gives dorm staff the ability to turn ur school into North Korea. I’m going home and I couldn’t be happier. I would rather leave then put up with this.

I have read a lot of reviews on this app that talk about it’s purpose and the app’s function as a whole. I want to talk about the actual bugs and issues within this app that make it such a nightmare of an experience.
It is far from a smooth experience to make a reach request. Half of the time you get stuck trying to navigate through the pages. The ui is horrible and whoever programmed this app needs to rethink their life choices.
It sometimes feels like it gets into an endless cycle of loading to get to the next page, so bad that I have to exit the app and restart the process of creating a leave request.
I also get logged out of the app almost every day. I have never owned an app that logs you out of your acc as much as reach does. This app needs a whole rework. Would not recommend to any schools or students.
