However, there are still some unresolved issues that need immediate attention. One major problem is that we are unable to share the recharge receipt after making a payment. When clicking the share button, it either shows “Share Failed” or displays a blank page. This issue has been happening for a long time, and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible to improve the user experience.

I would like to request you to kindly arrange to include an option in the mobile application to view the current meter reading / running meter status / electricity units consumed against the corresponding amount.
This feature will help customers track their consumption more effectively and manage their usage in real time.
