Doesn’t authenticate my user
I am not able to access the app. It gives me no internet error

By using this app can’t able to recharge our water prepaid. Now we are supplying water by tankers. Really unhappy with this app

Wish I could give it zero stars. Nama doesn’t collect data or feedback in any way, and I can’t make a payment—nothing works properly in this app. There’s no point in having it if the basic functions don’t work. The service and support have been the worst.
