When I try to play a video in landscape the app crashes. It gets stuck with a black screen. Please fix this.

Keeps crashing

App keeps crashing in the middle of the video saying ‘ you don’t have permission to access this. Check your creds’
Also it doesn’t play in landscape mode
If possible sace user preferences for playback speed and caption off
