Scam

Scammer

The worst, more unintuitive app I’ve ever used.

Absolutely useless app and caused me to be late for my work onboarding because it would not even initiate a scan, on anything. No instructions on screen as claimed, wouldn’t recognise its own QR code, and won’t recognise any documents in good lighting. A useless app which I will try to encourage my new company to scrap as part of the onboarding. Frustrating and awful.

Doesn’t recognise UK passports

I tried a dozen times to scan my UK passport, and it just didn’t recognise it as a valid ID. Probably works ace in the USA, I bet!

Literally doesn’t work…

This app has proven to be a mediocre choice for HubSpot as a means of identity verification. The app constantly gives me a network error, and opening a link from the app never opens the app clip. Completely unusable, have to get in contact with HubSpot now since this app literally won’t work at all.
