This was my first NAMM experience and it completely exceeded my expectations. A full spectrum of educational experiences and panels that brought insight and value to my efforts as a music industry friendly editor
Great potential, Terrible application
Given that the Anaheim Convention Center has substandard cellular services, any app designed for use at this location is doomed to failure. However… while the app allows the user to mark favorite exhibitors, they don’t show up on the map as favorite. Meaning, an attendee can’t see where their suppliers are located other than one at a time. It would be more helpful if the user’s favorites were highlighted on the map. That way, they can plan a route in which they can get to all of their prioritized exhibitors more efficiently and without wasting 3/4 of the time trying to find them.
The slowness of the app exacerbates this issue since it took my phone up to 47 seconds to load the map each time. Really frustrating!!
I gave it two stars because it at least listed the exhibitors.

Almost Perfect
Almost perfect… but…. Location needs a “where I am” function. Having to reset every time is pain.
Tip to exhibitors- I made several meeting requests. Never had a single confirmation. Understand it’s busy. Maybe delete the functionality.

So far the app has been flawless this year, 2025. It's been buggy over the last couple years, but has been seriously improved.

This actually helps a lot I thought it was going to be one of those apps were it’s just to get revenue off downloads and practically useless but this is great I like the UI I think it works great helps me book meeting with other people like the co founder of Daddario

So far I have been unable to log in and view a schedule. I’d like to view upcoming live streams but I can’t seem to get any info about what’s going on through the app.

Thank you Team NAMM, firstly for a truly amazing show .. WOW !!! So much to be excited about !!! Plus, to navigate all the wonderful content, the NAMM+ App .. INCREDIBLE !!! As someone attending NAMM 2024 virtually from outside the US, the App is a blessing; and in the future when I attend in person it’s going to be great too .. can’t wait for that! So happy to be attending NAMM in 2024, with this brilliant App to get me to where I want to be!
One suggestion to make the App even more valuable, would be to make the NAMM content available possibly on a subscription basis for longer, so we could all take in more of it, as well as revisit it. That would be SO GOOD !!!

NAMM show
For a first timer it was a little overwhelming on the first day, but after awhile just by asking questions and getting to know the NAMM app; this experience got smoother and more exciting! I hope to come back to NAMM 2025…I’ll just need to know on how that could happen! Thank you @thenammshow for having me…

Need to be able to export contact details
Great app, fantastic and easy to gain contact details via the phone app…. But now I have to manually export the contacts into an excel 1 by 1….
