[ URGENT ]UPI Payment Experience on iOS Needs Improvement
UPI payments on iOS are unnecessarily complicated. Typing the UPI ID, switching to the UPI app, approving the payment, and coming back is a headache. A direct “Pay via UPI App” option would make payments much faster and more convenient.

Worst experience
I exited from gate no 2 from Sahibabad station, the next morning I reached the same metro, my card wasn’t working, I showed customer care and they said we need to reset your card, and you’ll need to pay 210/- for the same . I asked them for a receipt and they denied. Ive even charged my card 2 times 1000/- rupee and it was not recharged. But I didn’t get my money back, where is my money going ?
