As times frustrated
As a family of 5 using the garbage bin three + weeks is far to long to wait for another pickup. Otherwise, pickup schedules are great
Very convenient
I love this app, it’s convenient and just all around nice to have. I love the reminders for garbage or recycle pick up every week and it’s just awesome!!!!

This app tells me what items go where and when the pickup dates are. It also tells me what bins get picked up on certain dates. Notifications are sent to me about the recycling times. This is very useful

We don’t get a reminder every week, this time I did, husband didn’t seems pot luck as to receiving the reminder.

Finally one place to understand what can be recycled in the curbside collection and what can be taken to the return-it/recycling center! This app is a great resource center in addition to the collection schedule.

Living in Nanaimo I used the city of Nanaimo to receive alerts. Five star help.
Great App
Reminders are really helpful and the notices of changes and reasons for the changes are too. It was especially useful during the heavy snowfall. The only problem is that sometimes we don’t receive a reminder- thought you should know. Otherwise we would have rated it as a 5!

Snow issues
Felt that you were quiet informative on the pick up schedule during the bad snow time, especially since I was gone from the province and didn’t get back until the 28th of December. It was explained on Nanaimo city web sites what the changes were to be during this time , as it should be because customers, if they had taken a moment to look and listen to the real information from the city would not have left their have garbage and green bins out for over a week….. good thing that wasn’t Summertime. Good job city during this time. Missscrewup
