Totally Unacceptable

I understand it is a holiday during a pandemic that is why I did not complain when after I made an online order I received a 3 hour pick up time, but after 3 hours my order was not ready for pickup and after another hour of waiting I am now trying to cancel my order. Only the phones have been busy all day.
