Every time I try to login it emails me a code, which it will then never accept, so I can never login. Complete garbage.

Cancelled my order but charged the card. When speaking with customer services said refund would take 2-3 days. But taken within 2-3 minutes. Not good services

Portion sizes were poor, food was cold and restaurant was very unclean, food all over the floor and slow service

Excellent food - incosistent collection service
I do regular collection from Meadowhall branch. One time is excellent and considerate service . Other time i am faced with the opposite . Last time i asked for cutlrey for butterfly chicken , i was faced with surprised face grimace !!! And i was handed the cutlrey and left feeling guilty for my request !!!!
