Exactly what a meditation app should be

The watch app is what sold me. It’s nice to leave my phone in another room, set a timer on my wrist, and just get a quiet tap when time’s up. Also really appreciate that it isn’t another $10/month subscription. Bought the one-time unlock immediately.

Under-stimulating in the best possible way

I have ADHD and struggle immensely with choice paralysis. This app does not overwhelm but is so so helpful.

I have been trying to improve my focus and overall mental health, with meditation as a part of it. This app gives me gentle background noise and reminders while allowing me to practice letting my thoughts go and being in touch with myself.

It helps me practice the true art of meditation with just the right amount of help.

I love the reminders and the background sounds, as well as the ability to practice accountability for habit building.

Would recommend to anyone trying to build this super important practice!

The best meditation app

Simplicity at its best. For people who already know how to meditate and don't need to be sold a program. No subscription, no account, nothing pushed at you. I like that you can see how far you've come, but it never nags you about missing a day.
