Parents from all UAE emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah,...) can: 1: create a job ad 2: receive applications from maids or nannies matching search criteria 2': or directly find and contact nannies with interesting video profiles 3: manage interactions (calls and messages) with all types of nanny profiles (new, applicants, shortlisted, contacted, rejected) Nannies looking to be hired by a family can: 1: create their profile, with a video to increase chances of being hired 2: send applications to interesting families 3: receive phone calls or messages from interested families To increase their visibility, all users can promote their profile on the web. Note that: - parents will never be contacted by nannies, and have full control of which nanny they want to contact over phone call or messaging. - while this match-making is facilitated by filtering attributes such as expected salary, nationality, religion or location, each user has the right to mark certain attributes as confidential - this is only a match-making app, helping families find and contact potential nannies. We are not acting as an agency: we do not verify the accuracy of shared information and are not involved in the recruitment / sponsoring process.
