App gives the option for an unethical minimum wage, is difficult and frustrating to navigate. Among a litany of other flaws.

Thanks for your feedback. The app is available internationally so the salary selection is reflective of worldwide standards; it’s not feasible to have the app reflect international and localized minimum wage laws which are constantly changing. That being said, you will never be matched to a family that’s not willing to pay your minimum salary requirements. In other words, if your minimum salary requirement is $25/hr you will only be matched to families who are willing to pay at least $25/hr.
